What did you get out of today's EdCamp that you will use immediately in your classroom to enhance the learning experience for students?

Comparing a blog to a vlog. I have all my students open up a Vimeo account to share their work. It is my hope to have them all carry on their vimeo account for the rest of their lives. This way, they can keep these memories and look back and enjoy them.

Ideas for using additional apps... in class Positive/negatives of using certain apps...
I am more willing to try the blogger in my classroom to expose the students to different ways to share things. We read independent books in our rotation, and I am willing to add a book review to the task that the student completes after they read their books. The purpose would be to share their opinions of that book and also engage others in their opinion to get a deeper understanding of what they have read.
